INSTRUCTIONS:
*Note: All paintings are sold unframed unless specifically noted or other arrangements have been personally made.
Purchase: In order to purchase one of Michelle's pieces of art, please visit the "Gallery". There you can search for paintings that are available for purchase. Find the painting you like and view the large image. Click on the painting and you will find the title, size and medium used. Send me an email using the "Contact" information providing the Gallery Category (Vines, Flowers, etc.), and the Title of the painting that you wish to purchase. I will get back to you with the price and any other pertinent information.
Shipping: All paintings are shipped flat by a service that includes a tracking number. There is a fee of $20 for packing and handling costs. Canadian mailing only at this time. I will discuss other options about mailing in an email if you have questions. You will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information. Items are shipped within 2 weeks: once payment has been confirmed. You can also arrange to pick up a painting in person at 5352 Winslow St., Kelowna, BC., V1W 4W3.
Payment Type: Payment can be made through direct bank e-transfer, through a telephone call to Michelle (778-477-4768) providing a Visa number to be entered through "square", or through a personal cheque. If you would like direct bank e-transfer I will provide details when I email you back regarding the total cost of the art plus handling, and shipping . If you would like to pay by cheque please make it payable to: Michelle Droettboom. Please mail check to 5352 Winslow St., Kelowna, B.C. V1W 4W3. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Return Policy: Please email me within 5 days of receiving the painting if you do not want to keep the piece of art. You will then have 2 weeks in which to return the item. Please use the original packing materials if possible. Please use a tracking number for the return process as well. Once the item has been received in its original condition you will be provided with a full refund less the original handling costs of $20.
